Refund policy

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our priority. We provide detailed information including measurements and high resolution photographs of our products in each listing. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact us, we would be happy to answer them.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or store credit equal to the cost of the original product (minus shipping).

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you received it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging and the original receipt must be provided. Tarot and Oracle decks must be unopened in the plastic for refund/exchange.NO return on earrings.

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless item arrives damaged. Proof of damage must be provided within 3 days of receiving product.

SPECIAL HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

Any item returned between the dates of Nov. 15th, 2021 to 

Jan. 10th, 2022 will be exchanged for store credit ONLY. 

Please just provide a receipt upon return.
